Can someone give me the 101 on drives/lower units
Obviously the most mechanically inclined person, but just would like to the know more about. Fellow boaters at the docks and on here talk of extension boxes, imco drives, etc.
Would somewhat like to know just the basics on what there referring to. Or if someone has a good site. Thanks.
FYI: I have the Bravo 1's on twin 454's
THanks fellas

Extension boxes move the drive back,
usually a foot or so, merc's ITS is only 7"
IMCO makes Bravo style drives.
Most of them still use merc gears though.
+1 on the save your $$$ recommendation.
I'm starting to build quite a collection of junk
