Larry, I've been reading over in the drive and Cig section.. a few have converted to the Arnesons... looks bullet proof, comes with a Huber 1350 tranny, and you can throw upwards of 850hp/tq to it and not have to worry. Jeff

I bought one with boxes because I listened to guys who are much more knowledgable than me and told me that boxes is the way to go.

I think the 37 still rides great without boxes but it just seems to handle/ride a little better with the boxes and also be a little quicker. Just my opinion. It could also differ from boat to boat I guess.

Cant touch this 38 PP runs boxes also... John stated that at upper speeds it adds length to the boat aiding in some stability.

what motors and set up are you running, what kind of speed are you seeing?
