I am the broker for this boat.

The boat is in exceptional shape. As mentioned above, it is hull number one. This boat went to Lake X for X-dimension, prop, and trim dialing-in.

In preparation for selling, the owner had us go over the paint and take care of little scratches and then completely detail the boat. It has 102 hours on one engine, 104 hours on the other. Most of those hours were in freshwater in Ohio.

There were no problems with this hull, as was conjectured above. It is rock solid. I have been a passenger at 92 mph and was completely comfortable with how the boat behaved.

As for why the boat is priced so low, the owner reviewed the boat sales market and made a decision to price it extremely aggressively. Although the boat is exceptional, he does not want to create a museum. It's time to move on to his next project.

Feel free to call me with any questions.

I hate to be the negative one here, but how is that a deal? A deal on that boat would be $75-80K in my opinion.

I'd say since it's 65k less than the other in the classifieds that has the same package and 225k less than Erics old boat powered by large Teague motors and #6's...You could consider this a deal.

I'd say 125k is a deal. Compare it to a Gladiator....

75k-80k wouldn't be a deal that would be a STEAL and a gift from the owner.

I would say that asking price of $125K is what the boat is worth. Deal? Not in my opinion. Just priced right. Of course $75-80K would be a great deal, but isn't that what this thread is about?

Tank I love your avatar. Makes me glad I got to see it like it was before the demolition. :(

The other Dragon is for sale and listed at 140,000 right now with no trailer. I know it could be bought for closer to 130,000 if you really wanted it. Add a used alum Myco for another 10,000 and you are into an 06 with more bling and a finished engine compartment with 40hrs on the motors and cmi headers that don't need to be updated and I would say realistic number on this boat is between 95,000 and 105,000 without raping the owner.

Really, 140k? Here's the ad. Says asking 189k And I don't see mention of a trailer...But that 06 is killer!
