Lets see here...so you'd like me to post a transom pic showing a hole, a drive laying on a palet, and extension box awaiting paint. I suppose....

My "ass" as you put it
Has a big hole where a shaft is supposed to go with a greasy ring in the middle and needs to be lubbed up more to reinsert the shaft correctly.
No my gimbals, drives, everything apart, redoing it all so I have that little thing called reliability
