Default Anyone know the torque ratings on the following engines? 350mg/7.4L/454mag

I was wondering if anyone knows the factory torque ratings on the following engines?
350 magnum 270hp
7.4l 330hp
454 magnum 365hp
Thanks for your help!

The equation for horsepower is HP = (Torque X RPM)/5,252

Therefore ----> Torque = (HP X 5252)/RPM

So you need to know at what RPM the factory HP ratings apply. Let's assume for the 454 mag it is 4900 RPM (I have no idea...)

Torque = (365 HP X 5252)/4900 = 391 lbs*ft

This isn't peak toque over the RPM range, just the torque at this HP rating point.

This equation shows why every dyno sheet has the HP and Torque curves crossing at 5252 RPM.

Remember that those engines are all propshaft-rated, so they actually make about 10-15% more hp at the crank. I would guess that peak power would be around 4400-4600, but peak torque would be at a lower rpm than that, probably 4000 +/- 200 rpm.
