2010 Borrelli 20"
Banana Borrelli Powerboats custom 20ft Prototype Preview

Hey guys , Nick Borrelli here from Borrelli Powerboats (you may know me or my father Ken Borrelli from Nuwave Marine and NuwaveParts.com) . I just wanted to get some info out there and see what people think of the prototype for our boat! We are doing the final tweaks to the prototype before we begin licensing and coast guard testing so that we can begin production.

Our goal is an affordable to build, affordable to run custom boat that anyone can conform to fit into their budget!

Some basic info:



The boat will start as a shell and be fully customizable from top to bottom!

They will be hand built to order in our shop in Deptford NJ

The prototype is running the Mercury marine 383 scorpion with cmi headers 2 400hp. Production models will most likely start with a 5.0 and go up

Bravo one drive

70 mph with the mercury 383 350hp

77 Mph @ 51xx Rpm with the 400 stroker with no headers

Has not been tested with headers yet

Featuring Custom interior by PPI in Bradenton Fl

Custom livorsi Guages

3 seats across with the pilot in the center, Center seat is 6 way Adjustable!

The Beautiful lines were sculpted by hand By Ken Borrelli.

33 Scarab AVS, Apache molds
Is a back seat available with an I/O? I have the outboard 21 Apache molds and a back seat in an I/O is tuff for leg room.

That is a cool little boat! Styling looks great. I like the center helm but I wonder how strong that shifter pod is. A big bonus and one you don't often see on boats this size is the air scoops, and the sculpting is beautiful, not a tack on like some.

In this economic climate I think you've got a winner here. If you can keep the price under $30-35k you'll sell a lot of them.

Looks very nice. Can you give additional information with respect to weight without engine, layup materials used, weight of the boat and transom dead rise?

Thanks! that shift pod is temporary, the production one will be much nicer
