Chief's web site is being updated but when I had a thread about a switching power to maybe turbine's or deisel because of needing 91 oct or higher for my 800-850 hp motors in the Nortech I got about 5 pm's from engine builders that said they could setup my motors to run on 89 oct. That was 2 years ago and alot o them said they could get 900 on 93 but if I put 87-89 in they would run at 750 or so, but now it seems that they can get 1000 hp with 89 is great. Since I live on the water and the boat is on a lift and I have a 500 gal. fuel tank in the ground here I want to be able to save the cash buy buying in bulk but the best I can get them to deliver now with the e-10 gas is 89oct. It was nice when I could get 92 and I would put 500 in the ground and 300-400 in the boat and pay less than it was on the street but now I have to have motors that will run on 89 or I have to dump a bunch of Tulane in the tank and I don't want to mess with that all the time.

Hate to bring facts into this, Seems 93 is not 89????
