No, its not.

Voodoo - the Big Chief heads are great flowing heads but require lots of upkeep/maintenence..

He knows all about detonation from dealing with the other blowers...
And he's also been in the 5.90's at 240 in a doorslammer

will your boat plane in 5.9 seconds? Build your own motors?
He has had a little help with this combo, we have been running big screw blown bbc's in our boats over 6 years, can make over 1400 hp and have been over 170 many many times. And NEVER hurt a single piston,headgasket,valvetrain componet.

Bottom line, Voodoo's goals of 1500hp on 93 octane are lofty. Perhaps you should let him, the boat owner, respond from now on.
