I will be leaving Haulover or Port Everglades on New Years Day and running north just like past years.

Wind is forecast to be out of NW...So close to beach will be manageable. I will be off Hilsboro between 1100/1115.

Guys watch out when you get to Boynton inlet they have installed some new rock piles out of the inlet to the south. Stay at least 300yds. from shore and come at the inlet from the north or strait in from the east. At low tide they are only about 2' deep, and they run about half a mile south.

Thanks for the heads up Bill, I dont use that inlet much, ost of my outside running is done down south to avoid the idle zones, but its always good to know.

Got my broken steering fitting out of the cylinder this morning, going out to try to match it up as soon as Jen gets home from the gym, right now I am puppysitting the new puppy.

pefect. like that inlet isn't bad enough.
