The Ad was posted on Dec 2nd 2006 kinda looks like he cant sell em with that date sitting out there!!!

Only been on the market 1497 days p:you better step up this one could go any moment.

And things are getting better every day, dont think I am down on anything I just called the lister of this ad and tried to have him remove it even talked to his wife or girl that awnsered the phone.

Far as the add goes, I think it was up for a day not showing the sold tag, could be wrong here.

In any case nothing wrong with having folks think you are moving some boats, gets people thinking you must be doing something right. Shogren does their "Sale Pending" and "Sold" tags all the time. Lets people know they are doing business and really are selling stuff, just plain smart in my book. Nothing makes you want it more than seeing you just missed out on it!
