I currently own (2) Spectre boats. One is a 2004, 28' center console, which he built in the 90's, w/Merc 250XS's. The other is a 2007 32' cat w/Merc 300XS's. It was the last 32' built before the molds were sold to Scott Conrad. Jay builds the best boat for the money.

He is a professional designer, builder, and businessman. His workmanship is second to none.

I remember the old F3 Zipp Express. Great guys with a very competitive boat. They won some races too.

The wraparound windshield is great. No wind, talk at any speed, and you don't feel wore out at the end of the day.
