There is a bright taxicab colored yellow boat that is on a mooring in Newport Harbor......(CA) and I've never seen the boat move, or anyone on the boat and it seems like a 25 foot Bayliner (no markings, the whole boat is yellow) with two worn out seats on the top deck......BUT........

Boat Name: Bob is my Uncle
