Lots of boats with 7.4's and 454mags use the same prop. The magnum engine boats, just spin at 400rpms higher.
It is definately not a 385hp 454 mag. They were all EFI/MPI and did not have plastic cowl cover. It could be a carbed 454 mag/365hp, if and only if, the plastic cowl was maybe broken and replaced with a 7.4 cover.

That looks like a 300hp 7.4 but anyway I thought if you pull a valve cover and see the ID stating "High Perf" on the head its a rectangle port head there for its a mag motor.
