Default went at Active thunder shop today!

On vacation in the area, so I figured I had to stop!

Met with the owner Pat. I want to thank him to take the time to show me around and discuss different things. I had never ever seen an Active Thunder boat up close.

nice looking boat, and the overall finish is A-1! Also met Ken, as he was working on a brand new 33 footer for the boat show in febuary! if ever you have a chance, stop by!

Pat is easy to speak with and give great information! some pictures to follow!

Very cool.
Would love to snoop through their shop.

Wish my check book could afford it.

Snooping not allowed.
But all are welcome for happy hour.

Bring Miller Lite. It's the church key to enter.

Isn't that awkward to shift with the levers located on the left hand side?

They make a nice place to hang the lanyard.

Rigging looks nice! I like that you use the 380KPlanes, real tabs!

Something else which is a part of a custom boat build/builder. We put on what the customer asks for; based on collective experience(s). The boat runs fine with either 280 or 380, but this boat will be on some ocean and large body runs/events and the 380s are the right choice per power, load, speed, etc. etc.

Say for example, the owner had a short slip/garage/whatever; we'd set the boat up without ITS, 280 tabs, and a stubby platform; and dial it in just the same. The drives on this boat are going to be awesome as well.
