In the shipping business I am always amazed at the shipping prices people charge. They make more on the shipping than the products they sell.
Boot was smart to post how he did. Probably sped up his getting the problem solved. Sure Tylers a stand up good guy with a good rep, but I still think it got solved faster because of the post. Heck it got his attention enough for him to register and sign on. Glad he is correcting the problem, he has a loyal folowing.

The business man has nothing to do with the price UPS charges to ship his parts out to you guys. If we call and next day order something shipped out to you it's what they charge they give me a book which tells the weight the destination and the how you want to send it (ex: next day) and that is the price they bill us for. I don't ship big things like you received but I know you pay a lot more for next day air.

Mik, It's nothing I want to argue over, but some companies do try to make a killing off UPS charges. I ship almost every day Next Day Air and I'm amazed at what other companies try to charge. I started requesting that they use my shipping number and you still have companies say their not able to do that when I know you can.

Boot....keep us updated!!!!!

I am hopeful that this whole situation gets resolved to everyone's satisfaction, since I have had a postive experience dealing with Tyler, and will probably do business with him again in the future(hopefully not because I break something!!!) based on his stellar reputation.
I would also like to welcome Tyler to the OSO board and hope to see him visit more often. By the way, the ECM reprogram seems to be working well , a lot less transom soot and hopefully a lot less plug fouling and fuel dilution. I've only been out twice and will know more as I burn some more fuel:D :D !!!
