Default Sbi & CBS

What happened with this? I never saw anything explaining why this didn't happen. Not trying to take a dig at anyone, just trying to understand what part failed & will there ever be a chance again for something like this? I am sure it would make a huge difference to sponsorship for the sport.

Yes I saw that, but basically Geico is suing for moneys that were paid to SBI. It does not say why CBS pulled the plug other then a statement made by Geico that payments were never made by SBI to CBS.

Does a sporting event usually agree to pay for the TV coverage & if so what would that have cost SBI? It is a big blow to our sport so I am trying to understand it, that's all.

Geico is sponsoring OPA this year had has committed to paying for a one hour show for each race. See the OPA Racing section for more details.
