Default Champlain guy's

I could use some Champlain advise. I have been to the Turtle via land and know nothing else. I am thinking of bringing my A/T after Labor day might stay the following weekend. My inlaws live in Hemmingford and staying with them. I'm thinking maybe a few day trips. Best places to launch?,anything we should see or do? I like nonmeth prem gas. Burlington? Is crossing the border with the boat going to be a hassle? I ordered a set of charts. Any help is much appreciated. Open to PM's and #, Thanks Doug

Yes right by the launch in Mallets bay there is an automated gas station that has premium without ethanol.

Yes on hassles.. but you can leave it at my shop in Burlington in a gated locked area if you want.

Hope this helps Doug. We should have the MTI going by then so we'll see you out there... If not we will be slumming around in the Azimut. GL

Doug....looks like GL covered it. He's right about hauling across the border. If you need a local to keep your rig on the NY side, I will offer up my place just west of Plattsburgh. When the weekends are even semi nice we are all out and can give you the tour. Just PM me if you need any other info. Always willing to show off our little pond!
