Had the same boat, 62 in summer heat, 67 (all GPS) was the best, no fuel, one person, cool temps, with the tide, with the wind, never duplicated.

Our Donzi 33ZX with 2 people full tank, Twin 496/HO will run 74 MPH GPS... With 5 people about 72 GPS.. The speed dosen't change much when tank is half.. She is a heavy girl but loves the ruff stuff.

my 25 Outlaw runs 67 with a 496HO, 23"M+, sea level, 4700lbs. no boost yet.

I'm far from being any king of expert or trying to be an a**hole , but those numbers seem a little light. I think you might be leaving some money on the table. What does the boat weigh and what kind of RPM's are you running ?
