After a couple of weeks delay due to pesky business travel, the final push starts for Smith Mountain Lake in two weeks. The transom is now in primer and ready to paint, and the water pickup has been sorted out.

Chuck,
Have you figured out your trim & tab indicator installation yet? I'd be interested to see the display mounted at the helm as well as how you adapted the actuators to your trim tabs. I have SS Marine heads up indicators currently that will be removed & I need to find room on the dash for the L.E.D. ones Ilmor offers. Michael |
Michael - With all I have to do to get ready for SML, the tab indicator project is at least a few weeks (if not months) away. I'm working on it with Mike Livorsi, so it will eventually wind up being a fairly simple retrofit kind of deal that he can market.

I understand, I assumed your's was more of a turnkey application since you have the complete Gen4 pkg & mine is a Gen3 retrofit. Keep us posted regardless! |
