CRAP! I just ripped my canvas boat cover...

Put about a 16 inch rip close to the back of the cover. Very clen tear...Is there any GOOD way to repair this???

I ripped mine years ago. Took it to canvas guy. He sewed it up and sewed a reinforment patch on the inside. Looked good and lasted.

Whatever the canvas guy sews in the repair area tell him to do the same on the other side so it will look intentional at least
