I guess it's not the same, but it is interesting they have the same name and spelling; There is a Carrera Powerboats that is manufactured in So. California. They are a custom boat builder, and have been around since the late 70's. Don't know if this helped you at all. Take care.

They where made in the late 80, in South Fla. He also made hulls for cobalt and they sold a 27 and a 30' version of the hull. There was a dealer up here in CT he had 2 -27' flat decks and i believe a 30' outboard version. I will check and see if I have and old info. Very solid boat.

Sombody must have something on these boats or their lay up ..Just bought a 24 SS7M with a twin outboard bracket..I want to find out if it will handle 2.5 OS's
