Does anyone have a Sony RM-XM10 they can part with?
 

I am looking to replace this remote that has broken. They are discontinued, and almost impossible to find.

It does not matter if you have a black, white, or faded one.

I had one that I gave to friend but I doubt he will ever put it in. If I can get it back it's all yours... I'll keep you posted.

Good luck Bill. I found my last one (black) on eBay, and it was the last one the guy had. This was last year, and there are none on eBay.com

can you use the newer style?

Noise_Pollution ( Here on OSO ) just now told me that most of them are interchangeable and use the same connector. Worth looking into.

He could, but he has a really cool SS trim ring for the remote to match his gauges. :)

Bill, is the remote broken as in non functioning, or did the srcew studs break out?

i have a white one that i took out last year that is a little faded but worked when i took it out

The new one requires a biger hole, somethinge like 3". But it is way nicer, it controls iPod and Sirius.
