Can someone look up my Mercury OB S/N?
 

This came on my "new" boat tonight. I don't know a thing about it except:

It has 4 cylinders.
It says 75HP on the case.
It's got Power Trim and Tilt

S/N is 6615354

Supposedly it ran 18 months ago. I'll be finding out soon how viable it is.

I'd love to know what the exact year and model name are; as well as the RPM range. I also need to know the exact weight of the whole unit; and if I can still get a manual and parts breakdown.

Engine Serial number: 06615354 Engine Model number 1075625 MERCURY 75 ELPT
When you look up parts you will want to look them up under Service Literature for A 1985 MERCURY 75 ELPT.
The service manual part number you will want to find from a mecury dealer is 90-86134-4. Try googling this part number, It will come up.

Engine serial number: 0A193990 Engine model number 1025205 MERCURY 25 M

When you look up parts for this engine, Look up under Service parts Literature for A 1985 MERCURY 25 M

The Service manual part number for this one is 90-43509 3 That covers engine hp's 18/20/25.

On this engine I was able to look up some stuff for you.
(1) Max rpm's is 5000 to 6000
(2) Engine weight is 95 LBS
(3) Fuel/Oil mixture is 50:1
