Default What is YOUR OSO history?

Searching for a thread for a member earlier, I decided to go back to DAY 1 of my membership here.

It was a great look at how I have changed, relating to the sport, and in my civilian life.

If you want to see for yourself. Go back to YOUR beginning. It's worth it.

Read a few threads at random. I did and the laughs came flooding back.

I really dont pay attention to the threads. But I did shut the lights off after I loaded the last box in the truck and gave the key to Steve.

Fun stuff! Lots of history and a great boating reference! It makes it MORE than just a social site but a technical site too!

Good thread, Greg.

I was thinking about this as I was looking back through the big air thread last night-- how I went from a long-time lurker, to occasional poster, to... ?

Now, 7 years later this stuff has taken over my life and I don't even own a boat. My wardrobe consists entirely of gofast tshirts, my travel is 100% to boat races and poker runs and a day does not go by that I don't work on boat photos.

Watch out newbies, it could happen to you.

I find it funnier to read the threads of other members, when they bought that boat which was going to be an 'easy' project... then turn ugly.
