what size GPS unit
 

I am looking at 4'' or 5'' GPS plotters and wondering if 4'' would be to small, my friends have 5'' but I would like to flush mount next to my steering wheel theres space to the left which means I would have to look down to see it. any help on this. THE MODELS ARE 4'' garmin 460 $599.00 or 560 $799 I think were the models. thanks for any in put, theres a sale for chip $300 rebate of 200.00 ends saturday. THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Check out the new Garmin 740 touchscreen GPS.

It is a 7 inch screen and is very compact. 4 or 5 inch screens are too small to view when running at moderate speeds.
