No sh!t f/c... That's your place? I float around that cove when I'm out there and don't feel like spending much $$$ (I dock at Beacon Cove). I should have known the owner of the house was on here. There are usually some pretty nice offshores docked over there.

Thanks, I built the house 4 years ago, no problems. I keep my boats on trailers in heated storage for the winters, so no need for bubblers. It's one hell of a fishing shante in the winter. LOL. I have two Algonac a-frame traveling hoists capable of 60k. The well is 18 x 55 and about 8 feet deep.
