Using a lifted truck to tow my 35 FT'
Hey guys,
I've been looking for a truck for awhile now.
I have a friend who has a 2007 3500HD long bed with 14K on it.
Hes got a 8" lift Banks power system and some other "cool" things.
Is it a bad idea to tow using a lifted truck? Im not going to be towing all the time. Im thinking like 3-5 times a year.

you pulling that 35 ZR??? plenty of truck and the lift wont hurt. I just got my 32ssr and have been pulling it with 08 f250 with 4"lift on 35" tires no long trips yet but no issues that I can see coming up either

I won't lift my truck - I don't want to give the insurance company any reason to deny a claim. Not saying that will happen, I just would rather play it safe.

Yes you can but it puts more strain on your transmission. Owned this for a short time but I did pull with it a few times. 2002 F350 crewcab longbed Lariat diesel 4x4. 15inch suspension lift and 46" Mickey Thompson Baja Claws.
