Staying wed 25th thru Saturday 28th. We'll do a day or so at cedar pt, and want to go to Put in Bay. What recommendations for P.I.B?

We will also be spending Sat-Mon in Cleveland. Rock n' Roll hall of fame, Football H.O.F. and an Indians game are on the intinerary. Any other ideas for cleveland... good eats?
Drive or walk to the far north end of the island. Cross the fence to the right. Walk north on the path. You will come to a secret area locals call seashell beach. It is all crushed shells, no sand. From there you can wade out to an island. There are also secret entrances to the caves but I haven't found them yet! We like to dock at the Boardwalk as it is cheaper and the accommodations are nicer. It may be full on a week-end though. There is lots to do there. Unfortunately Perry's Memorial is closed for renovations.

Here are some links to some cool things. Not sure how old your kids are but these places can be fun for adults too .... depending on the adults of course

A couple cool places to eat .....

If you take the Jet Express out of Sandusky, you can hit both Kelleys Island and Put In Bay. Recommend golf cart rental on Kelleys then you can go see the glacier grooves

I'll PM you my number. Im an hour or so south.... RHC is the unofficial mayor of Sandusky bay and can probably help you more if you run into issues. Hope you and your family have a great trip!

I know every line in that movie! Callahan Auto Parts has been around since Tommy's great granddad hung out the first shingle......

The movie was set in Sandusky but actually filmed in Canada! I was at Cedar Point last summer and was looking for Tommy and Richard but they must have been out on sales calls!
