Moisture Meters?
I am searching for a boat right now, and would like to use a moisture meter, it will be used once, so I do not want to spend a fortune if an analog works as well as a digital.
My main question is, how do I use the 2 prongs on fiberglass? or is there another type of prong that someone can refer me to, that people use for boats? Since it will be a big purchase for me, I just want to make certain of whatever I buy before I buy it. Thanks for responses in advance. |
Save yourself the time and money and hire a professional Marine Surveyor.

Hire a surveyor so that in case he is wrong, you can file on his E&O insurance for the missed damages. |

Just because the meter doesn't show moisture, doesn't mean it isn't rotten. :coolcowboy:
