It's not according to PRA magazine They said Loose Cannon is the world's fastest pleasure boat

I know a few people that may disagree.

If anyone is interested Millers Landing is auctioning off a 55 gal drum of Renegade 110 Race Fuel to benefit one of their gas dock girls who was seriously injured in a boating accident a couple of weeks ago and just awoke from a coma. Fully tax deductible. If interested please call Bob Miller 573-216-9368

He was out last weekend fot the poker run running around on the lake with a 40 Skater I don't recall seeing before. He seemed to get to the stops just a little after I did each time. Oh well, I kept trying to let him catch up, LOL!!!

I can't use the gas but will gladly make a donation. Can you post how to do so? Do they have a paypal account?

That would be greatly appreciated Gino...here is the info:

There is an empty place on the fuel dock of Millers Landing where Bethann Smith has greeted boaters and filled their tanks with gas since 2007. On July 17th the 21 year old college student sustained head injuries after a tubing accident. Matthew Powers, 21, of Osage Beach was operating a Tige Runabout boat according to the Missouri State Water Patrol District 2. His boat was pulling a wake boarder and a tube. Jessica Hendricks, 20, of Osage Beach and Bethann Smith of Linn Creek were riding the tube when the boat turned too close to the shore. The tube hit the shore and both females were ejected at Pin Oak Cove into the trees. Jessica and Bethann were taken to Lake Regional and then Flown to University Hospital in Columbia, MO. Bethann was in a Coma in ICU until a few days ago when she was able to sit up and open her eyes.

Bethann is a graduate of Camdenton High School and the oldest of five children. She worked summers to help put herself through William Woods College. “Bethann has been one of the most outstanding workers we have had. Everyone on the Lake is grieved when they hear of her accident. She is a loving person. When her brother was in a car accident she was with him every minute she wasn’t working. We are all crushed over seeing Bethann hurt,” said Bob Miller owner of Miller’s Landing.

Miller’s Landing is sponsoring a Fund Raiser for Bethann Smith with a Silent Auction, BBQ dinner and live entertainment on Sunday, August 22nd at 2:00 PM. All Proceeds will go to help cover Bethann Smith’s medical bills and related expenses.

Tax deductible donations can be made payable to: “The Benefit for Bethann Smith”. Donations can be forwarded to Miller’s Landing 1413 Runabout Drive in Osage Beach, Mo. 65065 or Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks.
