I do believe the design is a splash off of a 50 Ft Tencara Cat after they ripped the nose off of there Tencara in Key West a few years back,it was then powered by Torque Marine V10 or V12s I do believe. As far as I know the Tencara was a Michael Peters design.

43 Tencara with a 7ft bussel added

Following this post and pics: 1. No one answered about the Geico boat having an issue. 2. You mention this JBS boat has issues with the the Turbine rigging, delamination and now prop shaft. Does the Mystic have a foam core that can not support its own weight on a trailer?

Seems like a lot of aggravation.

the USS Misery!

Jeff and I are only joking about it right now because after 3 years JBS Racing is going in the right direction.

Geico has had many issues. They owned that boat prior to the JBS boat. Look how long it took them to get her running correctly.

2 the foam coring was not bonded correctly. It is not supported via the manufactures specs.

John is not doing the work himself. Not possible on something this large. From being at Donzi I can tell you we made massive changes on the bottom that required a lot of grunt work. I would leave to come back to find the did something else, even having clear instructions from me! Having steve Simon there it was cake. When he passed it was like pulling teeth! I now feel the same with Peter. I have NEVER heard some come out of peters mouth like; because we do it that way. You know nothing. I have done this way longer. You here clear concise explinations of what his idea we do vs mine.

Right from the Michael Peters website.
