Oh yeah, it's alive!!!
Thanks to Team Chaos for being there today for moral support!! And THANKS to Crazyhorse for doing most of the work. The motor ran really well. The shop floor dyno says 445 hp and 500 lbs of tq. LOL!!! Anyway, it didn't fall off the jack stands, which is good. Hopefully it will be IN the boat next weekend and on the water soon after!!!

That sounds great Mike. Sorry I couldn't make it. Got all screwed up at a wedding last night and forgot whatday it was. LOL. That power sounds good. See you on the water. Glad to hear you guys got it going. Fun, isn't it! 
Now get that baby installed! Ten more minutes on the hose at 1500 rpm to finish the cam & lifter break-in and mine is ready to hit the water. Thanks to this crappy weather I have had time to do just about everything I wanted to do to it this winter. I went to Meijer today and bought some Mobil1 15w-50 for the first oil change.
If there is any chance at all I am going to lake Mac on Sunday afternoon to splash.

That sounds great Mike! Glad to hear everything works ok. No more oil problem? I tried to get down there but it just didn't work out. Where you stuffing it back in the Foul at?

Putting it back in where I took it out, up in Rockford. Going to get the boat tomorrow afternoon.....got some work to do in the bilge.....new pumps, some paint, new battery wiring, etc....
