Default Mercury 1350s in new 48 MTI

Check out Tank Sears new blog on PowerboatMag.com. Tank was able to attend Powerboat's day of testing in Florida last month and got the opportunity to ride in John Woodruff's new 48 MTI, which is powered by the new turbocharged Mercury Racing 1350s and will be on display in a few weeks at the Miami International Boat Show. Great pics and commentary. Good job Tank!

Look for the boat and a full feature on it in the next issue of Powerboat—out very soon!

Tank is a good local guy here in SoCal, that somehow manages to pull stuff like this off some how...

That is a serious machine and would like to see the trailer as well, which I assume is a "tilt"..

Awesome paint, who was it that was complaining about MTI's paint? I would like to see a 55 with 4 Sterling 1700s. Can you say 200mph?

I don't see anything wrong with their paint. This 48 looked great in person:
