I think that the 496's are about 12-14K....with exhaust manifolds included.

I paid around $13.5K for a 496HO five years ago. I looked around quite a bit. I could of got it slightly cheaper but paid a little more to deal with somebody local to me.

Go with the 496HO (SPO program) they shuld be new just under 12K a piece with a 1 year warranty from mercury...

Oops - no wonder we haven't sold any bobtails. Figure street price is about 30% off.

Is a "bobtail" a package without the drive? What would be the closest to a 502MAG price and installation-wise.....already have drives and exhaust. Weighting this or rebuild on three 502MAGs......
