At this point I would also focus on the brand,I would not not recommend buying from a little company that only can make one boat,that has "chapter 11" written all over it.Who would want to be cramped up in a little sit down boat all day,just something else to consider..it is indeed a buyers market right now,so price is on your side.
Your abviously not talking about Active Thunder, my 25' probably has as much freeboard as your 42'. p.s. I liked your video thread, good stuff.Alright Sleve find a way(haggle) to get that 28 AT, seems like exactly what your looking for, just a little out of your $ range. My 25' loves the Chesapeake so that 28 would be awsome. DO IT!
