sorry the quality is so bad,itwas taken with an iphone, boat was runnin 53.6 mph on gps in video with a 260hp merc.

i wish it was faster than what it is. im building a complete engine forit as we speak. im hoping for mid60's after i replace the floorand wet foam and add the extra 140hp with new engine. iposted somepics of the engine build in the DIY forum if you want to check it out

87, I don't know if you know this or not but the gentleman who owns Concord boats was one of the origional founders of Baja.

yeah Fritz Hawkins, hell of a nice guy. his son Brian is cool too, they just finished building me a brand new upholstery set for my boat. I talk to those guys at least once a week

87 is right...they are awesome folks. I sold boats for them for 10 years after buying my LS-7.

Ok so it's a year later and I'm still not happy with the performance of the boat but it is a good bit faster than before. The first video is from last year and the the link below is from this year, let me know what you think. It's running about 61 in the second video. 53 in the first.
