Dry Martini won the race that was held this year from Cowes to Torquay and back to Cowes, in the historic class.

Mike Bontoft did an excellent job of restoring this boat. Brings back memories of Richie Powers taking this boat to the races back in the 70's and winnng many of them.

sounds strong! are those the kinsler injected motors? was this The kurts marine special boat at one point? looked pretty sloppy.

the water looked sloppy not the boat

Yes, it was Kurts....but Mike replaced a lot of things, tanks, bulkheads etc etc.

I'm not sure what he was running for engines as the original Kiekhaefers that Kurt had, may have been tough getting parts for.
