Default Anyone live in the Montreal Area?

I am interested in a boat that a dealer has up there and before making a trip all the way up there I would sure appreciate it if a fellow OSO member could take a look at it and let me know what condition it is in. I'd be more than willing to pick up the tab for a good French meal in return.

Literally just returned from there 4 days ago.

I go to MTL 12 times a year and if you cant get anyone to take you up on it and its still in play ill check it out for you next time Im there.

Buena Note is great- but so are the other sister restaurants form the same group of guys (the mafia).

The other restaurants are the globe, and the Mediterranean or the "med" on St. Laurent and Sherbrooke.

All have the trademark uniformed "10" waitresses all about 25 years old- sweet indeed.

I was at Thursday's 2 weeks ago.
Saw lots of racks, none of them were lamb though ....

If GLH can't make it, let me know, I think I'm going to the UFC fight December 11th in Montreal.

When I eat there, never use the menu. They just keep bringing us small portions of what they are working on that evening. Dinners there last hours.
Have never been to their other place across the street.

Unique clientele to say the least.

All this talk of great food makes me wish that I could make it up there myself.
