The 2 newer, larger Shop vacs I have (one is a Rigid brand from Home Depot) have drain ports in the bottom side of the container that you can hook a garden hose to...or adapt a larger hose to it. This way you suck the liquid out of whatever...and you dont hafta drain the container as often, or not at all. Just something to think about. Hell...you could prolly get some kinda re-sealable drain kit...and put a hole in the lower side of your vac yourself. :drink:
