Question PIB Memorial Weekend?

Anyone planning to be in Put-In-Bay Memorial Weekend?

Anyone been there in the past for Mem. Wknd? How was it?

Weather seems a little testy this early in the season, however I'm considering it. We'd be on a 25' cruiser coming from Lk St Clair.

Hey Stacy, I'm considering it now since my LOTO plans look destined to fail. I will know more in the next few days and let you know if we are going.

It would definitly be weather pending for us, unless we can jump aboard bigger boats going in our crew!
Took about 2 1/2 hours to get there for Xmas in July, water was calm.

Milord, Audacity: keep me posted
as well as any other OSO'ers

They are actually calling for pretty nice weather for Memorial weekend.

I really don't care where I end up, as long as it's on the water.

Good luck in Marathon Joe.

I think we are worthy of some nice weather for Mem.Wknd.

Going out for a Cruz with the Grils after work (bringing the blender for boat drinks)!

audacity - what races are you in? GLSCS

Joe are those Donzi's pretty fast in the calm water? I know the Utz boat is. Puts more pressure on the boat and setup than the t-man with flat water. Just hope for some some snotty water!

Oh, by the way Joe, I tried that Flitz last weekend. I found it didn't do any better than the Meguiars and it cost a hell of a lot more. The tube I bought was $9 Canadian and it was only 50 ml. I think the gelcoat is just too far gone for anything to be able to work magic. I suppose it's time for paint over the winter!

Stacy ... you suck! I want to go out so bad. I suppose I should get buffing and waxing the damn thing!

I just got back from the beach in Leamington. It's cool with that breeze blowing off the lake but I'm sure it will be warmer on St. Clair. Have fun!
