Is this a good deal??
 

I found a 1979 signature boat (38 ftr) hull only with trailer. This boat does not have any out drives or engines this boat was completly stripped, interior included. This guy has 2, 454's that he will let go ($4000 ea) with the boat. He thinks this boat was a race boat at one time. The hull is in great shape. He wants $8000 for the boat and trailer. I would like to know if this is a goog deal? I realize the work that is involved to restore this boat. ::rolleyes: :confused:

Really cannot comment on that being a deal or not .. but while considering it.. be sure to check into getting insur. and such on that particular hull.... It sucks to get into something and find out that there are hidden difficulties... been there done that.. good luck
