I only ever took this one pic after I changed out about half of them. Out of the box they just have the white bulbs, but you could easily put the green, red, etc booties over the bulbs to change the light color. http://www.summitracing.com/search/P...rd=gauge+light

you guys want some cool gauges..check these out:

when they are off the face is black....when turned on they look almost digital and have different color combos avail. I called them and they dont have anything for marine use and dont have all the gauges we would need for a boat but they are cool gauges!

As for the ss comp, hard to tell but are they easier to read at night?

I don't recall ever running the boat I put the SS's in at night...maybe dusk but never dark. They seemed like they would be ok, not too bright.
My personal boat I have used a lot at night and prefer the red back-lighting.
