Getting ready to break ground on shop....need opinions.

FYI. this is a temporary shop at my place of business. I plan on using it for around 5 years and when we build on our land I will contruct a personal man cave and turn this over for company use. I am attempting to keep the cost of the building (minus concrete) below 10grand.__________________

did you change your mind on the dirt floor theory ??? and did you put up the wrong pics ??i'm cornfuzed , but it def wont take long to burn thru 10K on these pics

Lol this is the facility I'm building for tank storage.... Some of the tanks are placed where my shop is going to go so I am waiting on completion of this to start on my shop. I wish this was my shop! 250x60 lol
