Thanks David.. I don't know why a Rep. would use their work email for Legislative business but I have passed it along to have her removed.

I would have to disagree with you on SB 27 , It is in Committee but it looks like, by its text there is nothing defined in it for speed. What you might think is a reasonable speed is may not be what I think is reasonable. I could not vote for this the way it is written. Thanks for writing James C. Webb SR. Thank you for contacting me regarding Senate Bill 27, which replaces the speed limit for Lake Winnipesaukee with a general limit for all vessels and modifies the penalties for boating violations. Currently SB27 has been referred to the Transportation Committee where a hearing date has not been set. As a member of this committee I will be examining the bill very closely and I appreciate you taking the time to contact me. As a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, I have supported boating speed limits on Lake Winnipesaukee in the past. I am very much looking forward to hearing testimony on this bill and I will be sure to keep your concerns in mind as it comes to the Senate floor for a vote. Thank you again for contacting me, and please feel free to contact me if you have any other State issues or legislation I can assist you with. Sincerely, Nancy Stiles NH Senate - District 24 |
I got this rude response in with the other reponses....
