Port Charlotte area
In the process of locating a house..maybe waterfront?
What are good steets to look at?
Also, are there any marinas that have indoor rack storage in the area? What do they go for season?
Thanks!

Is Venice close enough to where you need to be. Much nicer community IMO with better access to clean water. There is a rack storage at Gulf Harbor Marina. Port Charlotte really has no beaches and the water is dirty being on the harbor and river.

Port Charlotte is a great place to live and boat. I have been here since 2002.
No rack storage for anything big.
No 93 on the water.
Winter tides, but this is virtually everywhere in SW FL.
Very quiet communities, not allot of party/night life. Two rivers emptying into Charlotte Harbor, which is 12 miles long, 12 miles wide, at the widest point. It is about 22 miles to the Gulf, by boat.
Here are few thousand of my, area boating pictures.
Boating, Skater & Stingray, Boca Grande, Cayo Costa, Captiva
Ft. Myers Offshore & local events

It is paradise!
