it does look like im going to spend some moola. i love the boat but im not sure if i love it enough to drop two engines in it. im going to go out in the barn this weekend and take a good look around, its tough to get under those engines! I did look into headers for it instead of manifolds and almost fell over. Im a head auto mechanic i thought some car parts are pricie untill i got into the boat world, lol. ill let you all know what i come up with, mybe ill get lucky and have one good motor...

put some jp weld on the spot. Take a air hose to it and see if it leaks in other places . try some of that purple die . I had a bbc that cracked in the valley

so i went out there today after work and both blocks are cracked... what a bummer. im not sure what i want to do from this point. any ideas what this boat is worth as it sits? i found long blocks for about 1600 each with two year warranty. or is there a better way to go about this. any input would be great. thanks
