Stainless Marine.

Having used both, I would pony up the extra $$$ for Stainless Marine.

I know you asked between SM, and EMI- but Ive had great luck with Imco powerflow and powerflow +'s

You'll find if compare that the inner runners of the powerflow plus's with the stainless units the imcos are actually longer than the SM's.

Not cheap but good.

Did mine last season and went with Stainless Marine purchased thru Speed and Custom Marine. Good product and good people to deal with. Also, I personally like the SSM v-band connection at the riser better than the 4 bolt flange on the EMI and others.
