How long is the tunnel extension on the 308? I bet thats the cure. NASCAT is working on his tunnel tab so I guess will find out if it works.

I would have guessed under 90 due to the hop not going away. But it looks fast, and sounds good.

100 mph was playing around with weight thats why the hop was there at that speed normally goes away around 80 and takes a nice set

Your boat is clearly out of balance. I would start with 200lbs on the transom directly over the drives and go from there. The cg forward set up will cause this in many cases. Small cats are notorious for this "transition " hop but you should be able to mimimize it.

Good luck.

Thanks for the vid Jim!

Man, I'm ready to get my machine out after the Winter too. My new engines should be ready to roll pretty soon, so I'll be ready to return the favor on some fresh videos!

Are you turning your props in or out? Just curious is all, since I haven't had any experience with the 30. The boat sure is nice man!

Jim I really believe your all around performance will go up and your handling will as well. It may require more than 200lbs don't worry about the weight itself get the boat handling right and it will be a LOT safer and faster in the rough water.
