Default If you can't find it....Make it. DIY fuel injection

Here are some pics of a fuel injection setup I'm building. No one makes an injector plate and rail to go on top of either a roots blower or PSI that holds either 10 or 12 injectors. There are only 8 or 16 injectors, and the 16 setup won't work for me. So, I make my own. I've several of these in the past, so I thought I would put some pics up. Maybe someone will make their own, or I would be glad to make one for them.
This is going on top of a PSI, but it will work on a roots, B&M, top entry Whipple, etc. On top of the injector plate will be (2) 2000 cfm throttle bodies. The fuel rail has a 5/8" id, so it will really flow some fuel.
I put up a few more pics as I finish it up. Thanks for looking. Enjoy.
Eddie

Here are a few more with it all welded up. It's still not finished, so I will post more pics as it progresses.

That is way cool. I had been working on a similar project about a year ago. We were working on replicating some old school slide valves for a Porsche project, but instead of old mechanical injection, we were going to go EFI. Something like this, with all modern guts...

It appears that way.

I can make it about as far as cutting a bolt or bending a bracket.

Wink Innovation is the life blood of performance!

Good Job Eddie:

We made some pretty cool electronic injection for our 8.1L 496 thru 600 cubic inch engines.
Its a lot of designing, prototyping, engineering, tooling, etc, etc, etc. But if it were easy, anybody could do it!

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar
