Thumbs up The boat is finally ready for the weekend

After a month of wrenching , in between rain and snow sqaulls the boat is finally ready to splash ! Well , I do have to go to Secratary of the state and get my new registration($150) ,oh and run to West marine and pick up a hull plug , I seemed to have lost my other one. I think I had 3 last year !!

Here is the list of what I did:
Changed valve springs
lashed valves
oil change
put spare drive on (Can't finish my XR , since I'm going to be layed off)
Replaced windshield with "race fairing"
Replaced stock gauges with Gaffrigs
fixed flat on trailer
detailed and waxed boat inside and out
detailed trailer

The end of my work week is Wed. night so I wil be splashing Thursday !

Unfortunatly I have to reserve one day to do yard work !

It should be a good weekend though !!!

Any more news on a job over this way and the need for a place to rest your head???

Hey WF,
Sure you can ride with me, I'm also bringing Milord along too.

As far as the job thing goes, it's all up in the air. If I decide to work over there I will definitly need a place to crash.
I'm sure there might be a little work talk going on Wed.

Sorry to hear about the motor, hopefully it was just a cam. That is an easy fix.
